TT Armory uses the US Postal Service (USPS) to provide fast, cost-effective shipping. Please see below for shipping methods and policies.All products in the web pro shop are in stock and ready to ship from our address in the Midwest US, with the following exceptions. Stiga tables ship directly from the manufacturer warehouse in the US. Newgy robot transactions are handled through the TT Armory store at the Newgy Industries website. Robots ship direct from Newgy in the US.
USPS First Class Parcel Shipping — $1 shipping for orders of 1-2 rubbers ONLY, US customers
If your order is for 1-2 rubbers ONLY, and delivery is to an address in the continental US, select USPS First Class Parcel Shipping for just $1! You get a great deal on shipping, and your rubbers will be delivered in 2-5 days depending on location. This method includes delivery confirmation. If your order is for more than 2 rubbers or includes any other items, DO NOT select this shipping method. Orders placed with this shipping method that are not 1-2 rubbers will be refunded immediately, and the customer instructed to please select the standard USPS Priority $5 shipping.
USPS Priority Mail Shipping — $5 shipping for all other orders, US customers
For any other orders delivered to an address in the continental US, please select USPS Priority Mail Shipping for just $5. Shipping cost is low, and you will get ultra fast delivery in 2-3 days. This method includes delivery confirmation.
Shipping for Stiga Tables
Stiga table tennis tables ship directly from the manufacturer warehouse by freight shipping, average delivery time 2-3 weeks from time of ordering. The freight carrier will contact you to setup a delivery time when you will be present. A large truck will come to your address, and the table will be unloaded at the curbside. Freight shipping cost to the continental US is included in the price of all Stiga tables. If purchasing multiple tables, please contact us for a shipping quote, as the price per table will be less.
TT Armory is happy to ship INTERNATIONALLY!
If you live outside the continental US, we will help you select the best shipping option. For rubber only orders of 1-10 rubbers, you can select International Rubber Shipping. Delivery is by USPS Priority Mail International in about 1 week. We can also ship smaller rubber orders internationally via USPS First Class International. Delivery time is 2-3 weeks, but the cost is lower if you are ordering few rubbers. Please contact us if interested in a First Class International shipping quote for your order. For non rubber orders, delivery will be via USPS Priority Mail or First Class International, and again please contact us for an accurate shipping quote for your order. Tracking is not available for First Class or International Rubber Shipping, but the USPS is very reliable, and I have had no problems shipping globally in the past. Once international orders are shipped, I will forward the customs number to the customer. At this point the product is out of my hands, and TT Armory is not liable for any international packages lost in transit. Again, USPS is very reliable.
Return Policy
TT Armory strives to insure accurate and timely delivery of your order, and we stand by the quality of our products. If we make an error with your order, we will pay your return shipping costs and get you the correct product. For returns not due to our error or defective merchandise, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping with tracking or delivery confirmation, and the refund will be minus the original shipping cost. To be eligible for a refund on products, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery, and the products must be in the same, brand new condition they were shipped in. Rubber must be unopened in original packing. Blades must be unused with no sign of stain on the handle or glue residue anywhere on the blade. |
